Southern Spur Designs Return & Exchange Policy

Damage, Return & Exchange Policy

At Southern Spur Designs Co., every item is made and packaged with care. Because many of our products are custom or made-to-order, all sales are considered final once production begins. Please review the following policy before ordering.


Damaged Items

We take pride in quality and packaging, but sometimes things happen in transit.

  • Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must include clear photos of the item in its original packaging and the shipping label.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours or without proper documentation will not be eligible for review or replacement.

  • If approved, a replacement of the same item will be sent. Refunds are not guaranteed and are only reviewed at our sole discretion.


Returns & Exchanges

Because each order is made to order, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, wrong address, or buyer error.

  • Exchanges are only available if Southern Spur Designs Co. sent the wrong size or item.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, and the original item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping on any approved exchange.


Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized items are final sale.
We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once a custom order has entered production.


Cancellations

We understand things happen!

  • Order cancellations are accepted within 3 hours of purchase only.

  • Once production has begun, no cancellations or changes can be made.


Address Changes

To ensure fast and accurate delivery, all address change requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be updated, and Southern Spur Designs Co. is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.


Order Review & Approval

Design proofs or mockups (when provided) must be reviewed carefully by the customer. Once approved, the design will be printed exactly as shown, and no changes, refunds, or exchanges will be available for approved designs.


Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered if Southern Spur Designs Co. determines that a product cannot be replaced or remade.
All refund and exchange decisions are made at the sole discretion of Southern Spur Designs Co.

  • Digital products (such as downloads or gift cards) are non-refundable.

  • If you have any issues, please contact us directly—we will do our best to resolve the situation.
