  • Custom Orders: Usually 3–7 business days after proof approval.

  • Bulk Orders: Usually 7–14 business days, but could be longer depending on the size of the order. We’ll provide a closer estimate once your order is placed. Rush orders may be available — just ask!

Payment & Shipping

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • We ship anywhere in the USA.

  • Shipping costs will be provided in your quote.

Can I mix sizes or styles in a bulk order?
Yes! You can mix sizes (youth through adult) and even styles as long as the design stays the same.

Do you charge a design fee?
Yes — there is a flat $5 fee for any custom design work. If you already have a print-ready design, this fee does not apply.

What’s the minimum for a bulk order?
Our bulk order pricing starts at 15 items or more.

Can I see my design before you make it?
Absolutely! We’ll send you a digital proof for approval before we begin production.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush orders may be available depending on our current workload. Additional fees may apply — contact us for availability.

Do you ship outside the USA?
Currently, we ship within the USA only.
