ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All items are made to order. Current turnaround time is 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom and bulk orders may take longer depending on size and detail.
SHIPPING
We offer shipping anywhere in the U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Southern Spur is not responsible for delays caused by USPS.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available for approved and local custom orders only. If you’re local and would like to arrange pickup, please reach out before placing your order.
Orders placed with local pickup without prior approval may be canceled and refunded. Pickup details and location will be sent after your order is ready.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We love custom orders! If you have a design or idea in mind, please message us on Instagram or Facebook to get started.
Please note: Custom orders may require additional time for design and production.
BULK ORDERS
We offer bulk orders for events, teams, and businesses. Message us to discuss pricing, minimums, and turnaround times.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will make it right.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders must be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your items looking their best:
• Wash inside out
• Use cold water
• Hang dry or tumble dry low
• Do not iron directly on design
